EXAMINATION SYSTEM

    INSTRUCTIONS FOR PARENTS / GUARDIANS:

    It must be in the knowledge of the parents/guardians that:

  1. They are not allowed to meet their children/wards during the class hours.
  2. Parent Teacher Meetings (PTM) are held frequently. Their presence in these meetings is in the best interest of the student and the institution.
  3. They must ensure that the home assignments of their children are complete and regular.
  4. In case of any academic problem, Academic Coordinator should be consulted.
  5. The School / College will take all possible safety measures, but it will NOT be responsible for any harm that may come to a student while in the School / College or out on a picnic / excursion, etc. Nor is the School/College responsible for any loss or damage to a students property or belongings while in the school / college premises. Every possible care, however, shall be taken of the same, within the School / College limits.
  6. Any suggestions for improving the qauity of education & services being provided to the students are welcome.
  7. EXAMINATION SYSTEM:

    It has been the sincere endeavour of MSCS to polish the potentials & creative cult of its students in a sustainable manner. With this in view, Monthly Test, MCQS, Term Exams / (Class 5th, 8th, 9th, 10th) Pre-Board Exams are regularly conducted round the year as per prescribed schedule. The sole aim of these TEsts/Exams is to make the students identify & overcome their shortcomings. A detailed report is sent to parents at the end of each Monthly Test/Term Exxam & Pre-Board Exam, as the case may be, thoroough an Assessment Report that clearly reflects his/her progress in curricular & co-curricular activities.

    TERMINAL EXAMINATIONS:

    The academic year has been distributed in three terms of three months each. At the end of each term, exams are conducted in the portion of course taught. These exams play a decisive role in promotion to the next class. Pre-board exam are regularly arranged for students of SSC & F.Sc levels. AS the name suggests, these exams are conducted at least two months in advance to the commencement of BISE Exam. Papers are prepared strictly in the pattern of Board Exams in order to familiarize the students with the BISE exams and to enable them to get distinctive positions.
